Located at 26 Wing Kei Road, Kwai Chung, Chillboxx spans approximately 208,000 sq ft and is the largest automated smart cold chain logistics facility in Hong Kong. With around 70% of the city's cold storage facilities concentrated in Kwai Chung, Chillboxx benefits from both scale and a prime strategic location, serving as the core infrastructure of the Reitar ecosystem.
The facility features a high-density Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) and is equipped with an intelligent Warehouse Management System (WMS). It enables end-to-end real-time temperature monitoring and supports multi-temperature zones ranging from -25°C to +15°C, suitable for a wide range of food, pharmaceutical, and fresh products.
